We offer lawn tractor tune-up and repair on most zero turns.
Listed below is what you can expect to be done to your zero turn when you bring it in for a service.
1-Inspect moving parts for wear.
2-Inspect all belts for cracks and excess wear.
3-Check safety switches for proper operation.
4-Check transmission fluid level.
5-Check starting and confirm battery is charging.
6-Check engine RPMS and confirm they are in safe zone.
7-Check the brakes.
8-Inspect power-train.
9-Change the engine oil.
10-Change the engine oil filter.
11-Change the spark plugs.
12-Change the fuel filter.
13-Change the air filters.
14-Grease all grease zerks.
15-Sharpen and balance blades and clean under deck.
16-Check Engine Cooling System.
17-Check and adjust tire pressure as needed.
18-Check to confirm tracking of unit is straight.
19-Level the deck and adjust pitch as needed.
20-Add fuel system cleaner and stabilizer.
21-Add sticker for the next recommended service.
22-Test Performance.
23-Hot power wash unit.
